Wild Herb Weekend Registration

We do accept registration the during the event, with Debit/Credit/Cash payment only. Onsite lodging is not guaranteed for day-of registration.

FOR THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING!
Most of our lodging requires stairs at the Conference Center, as this is a very old facility. Also, there is no air conditioning available in the rooms for those with heat sensitivity issues. Some rooms may have a mold smell to them due to age of the facilities. Those with mold sensitivities will need to stay at the INN.
We have only 4 rooms available at ground level, on a first-come-first serve basis. We suggest that you opt out for Package B, the weekend without lodging. Local inns/hotel links in the area have been provided.
Lodging are dorm-like/shared rooms. Private rooms for couples are not guaranteed. We do our best to accomodate partners, however rooming is limited and we have to plan according to the number of attendees. Click Here for more information
Vegetarian and gluten-free meal options on the buffet are available. However NCHA or the venue are not responsible for other dietary needs. You are welcomed to bring your own food and store in the on-site refrigerators in the housing where you stay. Microwaves and refrigerators are available for your use.
When you register there will be a place on the Square form to request any special needs at the time of payment. You may also send an email to whw@ncherbassociation.org.
You may drive your car to all classes, if necessary, or we will provide pick-up services in a golf cart.
