The Southeast’s oldest herbal studies school, ASHH has been empowering people from all over the country to heal themselves, their families, communities, and the planet for over 20 years. Students gain invaluable insight and wisdom from ASHH's outstanding and diverse faculty which include Appalachian folk healers, aromatherapists, green witches, mycologists, a botany professor, acupuncturists, a doctor of oriental medicine, PhDs, and MDs. Learning takes place in the beautiful fields and forest of Western North Carolina as well as ASHH's complementary care clinic, apothecary, library, and educational center in the heart of West Asheville.
