Sponsorship Information

On the weekend of July 26th, 2013 the North Carolina Herb Association (NCHA) will be celebrating the 27th anniversary of Wild Herb Weekend at the wonderful Valle Crucis Conference Center.  This event has grown steadily in attendance with each passing year and we have had herbal greats such as Dr. James Duke, Richo Cech, Patricia Howell, Kathleen Maier, Bevin Clare and many others as speakers. 

This year our keynote speakers will be Phyllis Light and Matthew Wood.

We are hoping that you will celebrate with us by becoming a sponsor.

We offer three levels of sponsorship:

Level 1 - For a contribution of $1000 you will receive*:
  • Admission for two
  • If you cannot attend the passes will sponsor two additional interns
  • Vendor’s table, if requested
  • Large Ad  in our program and logo or company name on all of our advertising
  • Banner on our website until February
 
Level 2 - For a contribution of $500 you will receive*:
  • Admission for one
  • If you cannot attend the pass will sponsor an additional intern
  • Vendor’s table, if requested
  • Small Ad  in our program and logo or company name on all of our advertising
  • Banner on our website until October
 
Level 3 - For a contribution of $100 you will receive*:
  • Vendor’s table, if requested
  • Logo  in our program and logo or company name on all of our advertising
  • Logo on our website until July

*We will also have a raffle table and you are welcome to supply samples for product exposure, regardless of if you choose to sponsor.  The raffle supports our interns.
